Who May Benefit From Salt Therapy?

Those suffering from respiratory or skin ailments such as COPD, asthma, cold/flu symptoms, hayfever, eczema or psoriasis could feel better after treatment. Please feel free to contact us if you wish to discuss your condition further.

How Many Sessions Do You Recommend?

This is a very difficult question to answer as it depends on the severity of the underlying condition.
For chronic conditions, we would suggest coming at least once per week. However, treatment is not recommended on successive days. We, therefore, recommend leaving 48 hours between appointments in order to give your body a chance to re-hydrate afterwards.

How Much Does The Treatment Cost?

Your first session (adult or child) is offered at a discounted rate of £16 for adults and £14 for children.

As this is a repeat treatment, we also offer discounted bulk packages for both adults and children.

How Long Are The Sessions?

Adult session: 40 minutes.
Child session: 30 minutes.

Is It Safe?

Salt therapy is a natural treatment and there are no known side effects. Some people may experience a slight cough during or after treatment, but this is normal, it is just the salt particles in your lungs working their magic!
However, there are some medical conditions that, should you suffer from any of them, we ask that you seek advice from your GP before coming for salt therapy.

These are the conditions:

1/ The active phase of cancer.
2/ Have or have ever had tuberculosis.
3/ Weak heart.
4/ High fever.
5/ High blood pressure – not regulated by medication.
